Out and Active was founded in 2010 by two corporate refugees who were looking to ditch their laptops and see more mountaintops. They started the company in New York City, looking to rescue fellow LGBT cubicle-dwellers. If you aren't living in the New York area, fear not! Out and Active has plans to expand, one city at a time.
